What debts the Ukrainian government should give international creditors in 2019

Alexander Paraschiy, Head of Research at Concorde Capital, commented what debts the Ukrainian government should give international creditors in 2019

Ukraine’s main debt payments in 2019 are USD 1.8 bln owed to the IMF, to be made in equal payments in February, May, August and November. Another USD 550 mln, both in March and September, will have to be paid on Eurobond coupons, besides a USD 600 mln debt payment in September. USD 1 bln in guaranteed U.S. debt will have to be paid in May, in addition to another USD 1 bln in smaller payments throughout the year. This spring, the state banks and Ukrzaliznytsia should pay about USD 1 bln in international debts.
